The screen is a straight-cylinder split type combined with a stainless steel frame structure, and is fixed to the machine body by bolts to support the pressure during the extrusion process. The frame structure is combined with the stainless steel screen. It is recommended to check it weekly and check the bolts once a month for tightening maintenance. If ironware or other hard objects enter, it will directly damage the screen and cause the dehydration rate to change, the liquid concentration is high, and the effect is reduced. (The screen drum frame is split for easy disassembly and assembly, and the screen is welded to the filter drum frame). A set of screens should be prepared for normal use. If the screen is damaged by debris, it will not affect the production and can be easily replaced. It is recommended to clean the screen once a week for continuous production. If the shutdown interval is more than 3 days, the cover needs to be removed and the screen needs to be thoroughly cleaned before the shutdown, so that the screen is clean and not blocked when it is restarted.
